I have been practicing criminal law for over 30 years in the state of Florida, first as an assistant State Attorney/Prosecutor and now as a Defense Attorney. I have been doing criminal defense work for over 25 years in South Florida. I am admitted to the Florida Bar/ Federal Trial Bar. If you have been arrested, issued a notice to appear, and/or contacted by the police concerning a criminal charge, I am available to speak with you on a 24 hour as needed basis. My office is prepared to represent you beginning with first appearance and if necessary at a bond hearing. Each time you are required to appear in court, myself or someone from my office will be by your side. Most of the criminal cases I handle are done on a flat fee basis. My office will quote you a reasonable legal fee at the time we are retained. That fee will not change whether I attend one court appearance or make many court appearances on your behalf. I have handled hundreds of cases throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Dade County, as well as many other counties throughout the State.
